3 Years with Isaiah… Destiny Won. Brooke Told Bethany: “I’m Getting a New Boyfriend—I Won’t Cry for Him Again.”

💔 3 Years with Isaiah… Destiny Won. Brooke Told Bethany: “I’m Getting a New Boyfriend—I Won’t Cry for Him Again.”

For three long years, Brooke believed she and Isaiah were building a future together. Through every argument, every misunderstanding, and every difficult moment, she stayed by his side. She defended him when others doubted him and trusted him even when things didn't feel right.

But lately, something had changed.

Isaiah seemed distant. His phone was always in his hand, but his replies to Brooke became shorter and colder. He canceled plans at the last minute and always had an excuse ready. Brooke tried to ignore the warning signs, telling herself that relationships go through difficult seasons.

One afternoon, Bethany stopped by Brooke’s house and immediately noticed something was wrong.

“Girl, what happened?” Bethany asked as she sat down beside her.

Brooke forced a smile.

“Nothing. I’m fine.”

Bethany shook her head.

“No, you're not. I know that face.”

For a few seconds Brooke stayed silent. Then tears filled her eyes.

“I think Isaiah has moved on,” she whispered.

Bethany's expression changed instantly.

“What do you mean?”

Brooke took a deep breath.

“Lately he spends all his time with Destiny. At first I thought they were just friends. But now... I don't know anymore.”

Bethany couldn't believe what she was hearing.

“After three years together?”

Brooke nodded sadly.

The next few days became even harder.

Photos began appearing online. Isaiah and Destiny were seen together at restaurants, parks, and family gatherings. While neither of them publicly confirmed anything, everyone could see what was happening.

The gossip spread quickly.

Some people felt sorry for Brooke.

Others said she should have seen it coming.

Every new photo felt like another knife in her heart.

For several nights, Brooke cried herself to sleep. She replayed every memory from the past three years and wondered where things had gone wrong.

Had she not loved him enough?

Had she made too many mistakes?

Was Destiny somehow better than her?

The questions never stopped.

Then one evening, Bethany arrived unexpectedly.

She found Brooke sitting alone in her room surrounded by old pictures and gifts from Isaiah.

Bethany gently picked up one of the photographs.

“You still looking at these?”

Brooke wiped away tears.

“I can't help it.”

Bethany sat beside her.

“Brooke, listen to me carefully. If Isaiah wanted to stay, he would have stayed.”

Those words hit hard.

For the first time, Brooke stopped blaming herself.

Maybe Bethany was right.

Maybe the problem wasn't that she wasn't enough.

Maybe Isaiah simply made his choice.

That night Brooke did something she had avoided for weeks.

She packed every photo, every gift, every reminder of Isaiah into a box.

It wasn't easy.

Every item carried a memory.

But she knew she couldn't keep living in the past.

The following morning, Bethany invited Brooke out for coffee.

As they sat together, Bethany asked the question everyone wanted to know.

“So what now?”

Brooke looked out the window for a moment before smiling.

A real smile.

The first genuine smile Bethany had seen in weeks.

Then Brooke said something that shocked her.

"I'm getting a new boyfriend."

Bethany nearly dropped her drink.

“What?!”

Brooke laughed.

“Not today. Not tomorrow. But someday.”

Bethany smiled.

“That’s more like it.”

Then Brooke's expression turned serious.

“I gave Isaiah three years of my life. Three years. If Destiny won his heart, then that's his choice.”

She paused.

“But I won't cry for him again.”

Bethany stared at her proudly.

“Now that's the Brooke I know.”

Word of Brooke's transformation spread quickly.

People expected her to stay heartbroken forever.

Instead, she started focusing on herself.

She returned to school.

Started working on her goals.

Spent more time with family and friends.

The sadness slowly faded.

Months later, Brooke ran into Isaiah unexpectedly.

He looked surprised to see her so happy.

Gone was the broken woman who had once cried over him.

In her place stood someone stronger, wiser, and more confident.

“Brooke,” Isaiah said nervously.

“Hey, Isaiah,” she replied calmly.

“How have you been?”

She smiled.

“Better than ever.”

For a moment he seemed speechless.

Maybe he expected anger.

Maybe he expected tears.

Instead, he saw peace.

The kind of peace that comes when someone finally lets go.

As Brooke walked away, Bethany's words echoed in her mind:

"If he wanted to stay, he would have stayed."

And for the first time in years, Brooke realized something important.

Losing Isaiah wasn't the end of her story.

It was the beginning of a new chapter.

A chapter where she chose herself.

A chapter where she stopped chasing someone who didn't value her.

And most importantly...

A chapter where she never cried for him again.
