Iman Was NOT Ready for Delicia to Say “GET OUT!”

Iman Was NOT Ready for Delicia to Say “GET OUT!”

Iman thought she knew exactly how the conversation with Delicia was going to go.

She was wrong.

For days, tension had been building between them. Little arguments had turned into uncomfortable silences, missed calls, and conversations that ended before either woman could say what she really felt.

Iman kept telling herself that Delicia would eventually calm down.

But Delicia had reached her limit.

That afternoon, Iman showed up at Delicia’s house expecting to talk things out. She walked through the door with confidence, believing they could sit down, clear up the misunderstanding, and move forward.

Instead, Delicia barely looked at her.

“We need to talk,” Iman said.

Delicia continued what she was doing.

“No. We don't.”

Iman stopped.

“What do you mean?”

Delicia finally turned around.

“I mean I'm tired.”

“Tired of what?”

“Tired of explaining myself. Tired of being questioned. And tired of people coming into my space whenever they feel like it.”

Iman immediately became defensive.

“I came here because I care about you.”

Delicia shook her head.

“That's not what it feels like.”

The room became quiet.

Iman couldn't understand why Delicia was suddenly acting so cold.

She reminded Delicia of everything they had been through together and insisted that she had never intentionally tried to hurt her.

But Delicia wasn't interested in hearing excuses.

“You keep saying you didn't mean to hurt me,” Delicia said. “But you never stop to think about what your actions actually do.”

Iman became emotional.

“So now everything is my fault?”

“No,” Delicia replied. “But I'm done pretending everything is okay.”

Iman tried to change the subject, but Delicia stopped her.

“No. We're finally going to talk about what happened.”

Iman knew exactly what Delicia meant.

There had been a private conversation that Iman had repeated to someone else. Delicia had trusted her with information that wasn't supposed to leave the room.

When Delicia eventually discovered that someone else knew, she immediately suspected Iman.

Iman insisted she hadn't betrayed her.

But Delicia had evidence.

She pulled out her phone and showed Iman a series of messages.

Iman stared at the screen.

Her face changed.

“Where did you get that?”

“Does it matter?”

“Yes!”

Delicia looked directly at her.

“You told me nobody would find out.”

Iman tried to explain that things had gotten complicated.

“I only told one person.”

Delicia's eyes widened.

“You promised me!”

“I didn't think they would repeat it!”

“That isn't the point!”

Iman apologized, but Delicia was no longer listening.

She had spent too much time forgiving people who crossed her boundaries.

And now she had decided something had to change.

Iman stepped closer.

“Delicia, please. Don't throw everything away over one mistake.”

Delicia took a deep breath.

“This isn't one mistake.”

Iman became silent.

Delicia continued.

“This has been happening again and again. Every time I trust you, something happens. Every time I give you another chance, I end up regretting it.”

Iman's eyes filled with tears.

“I thought we were better than this.”

“We were,” Delicia replied. “That's why this hurts so much.”

For a moment, neither woman spoke.

Then Iman tried one last time to convince Delicia that she deserved another chance.

But Delicia had already made up her mind.

She pointed toward the door.

“GET OUT!”

Iman froze.

She clearly wasn't expecting it.

“What?”

“You heard me.”

“Delicia…”

“Get out of my house.”

Iman stood there in disbelief.

She had expected anger.

She had expected an argument.

She had even expected Delicia to cry.

But she never expected those two words.

GET OUT.

Iman slowly picked up her belongings.

Before leaving, she turned around.

“Are you really ending our friendship like this?”

Delicia's eyes became watery.

“No. You ended it when you stopped respecting my trust.”

That sentence broke Iman's heart.

She walked toward the door.

But before she could leave, Delicia added one final warning.

“If you ever want us to talk again, don't come back with excuses. Come back with the truth.”

Iman stopped.

She looked back at Delicia.

For the first time, she realized how serious the situation had become.

She quietly walked out.

The door closed behind her.

Delicia immediately sat down and began crying.

She hadn't wanted things to end this way.

But she also knew she couldn't keep allowing people to cross boundaries simply because she was afraid of losing them.

Meanwhile, Iman sat in her car, staring at her phone.

She replayed the entire conversation in her head.

Then she received a message.

It was from the person she had originally shared Delicia's secret with.

The message contained one sentence:

“We need to talk before Delicia finds out the rest.”

Iman's face went pale.

“The rest?”

She suddenly realized that there was another part of the story that she hadn't told Delicia.

And if Delicia discovered it, the situation could become even worse.

Iman now had a choice.

She could keep the secret and risk losing Delicia forever...

Or she could finally tell Delicia everything.

And after Delicia's explosive “GET OUT!”, one thing was certain:
