😳 OMG! Larry Turns Against Bethany And Calls Greg — He’s Ready to Testify Against Bethany 😱

The night was unusually quiet. The kind of quiet that makes every small sound feel important. Larry sat alone in his living room, the lights dim, his phone on the table in front of him. He had been staring at it for almost twenty minutes, thinking, remembering, regretting.

Bethany’s voice kept echoing in his mind from earlier that day.

“You think you can control everything, Larry. You think everyone is scared of you.”

He clenched his jaw. Things had gone too far. Way too far.

For years, Larry had defended Bethany. No matter what she did, no matter who she argued with, who she threatened, who she blamed — Larry always stood on her side. He helped her, protected her, even lied for her when things got messy.

But this time was different.

This time, Larry had found out the truth.

The Discovery

Earlier that week, Larry had gone into Bethany’s office looking for a document she had asked him to print. While searching through her desk, he found a folder. A thick folder. Inside were printed emails, bank statements, and handwritten notes.

At first, he thought it was just business paperwork.

Then he saw Greg’s name.

Then Lynette’s.

Then his own.

His heart started beating faster as he flipped through the pages. There were records of phone calls, copies of messages, and even a written plan — a plan that showed Bethany had been manipulating everyone for months.

She had been setting people against each other.

She had been moving money around.

She had been planning to blame everything on someone else if things went wrong.

And worst of all… Larry realized she had been planning to blame him.

He dropped into the chair behind her desk, shocked.

“Bethany… what did you do…” he whispered to himself.

The Argument

That evening, when Bethany came home, Larry was waiting.

He didn’t say hello.

He didn’t smile.

He just threw the folder onto the table.

Bethany looked at it, then at him, and her expression changed instantly.

“Where did you get this?” she asked coldly.

“Your desk,” Larry replied. “You want to explain this to me?”

“It’s none of your business.”

Larry slammed his hand on the table.
“None of my business?! You’re setting me up! You were going to blame everything on me if this went wrong!”

Bethany crossed her arms.
“You’re overreacting.”

“No, Bethany. For once, I’m not.”

She walked closer to him and said quietly,
“You should be careful what you say, Larry. You don’t know everything.”

Larry stared at her for a long moment. Then he said something he had never said before.

“I know enough.”

The Decision

That night, Larry couldn’t sleep. He sat in his car outside his house for almost an hour, thinking about everything that had happened over the past year.

All the fights.
All the lies.
All the problems.
All the people Bethany had turned against each other.

He realized something that scared him more than anything else:

Bethany didn’t care about anyone but herself.

Not him.
Not her friends.
Not her family.
No one.

Larry picked up his phone.

He scrolled through his contacts.

Then he stopped on one name.

Greg.

Greg had been trying to warn Larry about Bethany for months, but Larry never listened. He always thought Greg was exaggerating.

Now he knew Greg was right.

Larry took a deep breath and pressed Call.

The Phone Call

Greg answered after two rings.

“Hello?”

“Greg… it’s Larry.”

There was a short silence.
“Larry? I didn’t expect you to call me.”

Larry looked down at the steering wheel.
“You were right.”

“About what?”

“About Bethany. About everything.”

Greg didn’t speak for a few seconds.
“I was wondering when you’d finally see it.”

Larry swallowed.
“Greg… if this goes to court… if there’s a case… I’m ready to testify.”

There was complete silence on the other end of the phone.

Then Greg said slowly,
“You’re serious?”

“Yes. I’m done protecting her. I’m done lying for her. I’m done being the bad guy while she walks away like she did nothing.”

Greg sighed.
“This is going to get very ugly, Larry.”

“I know.”

“Bethany is not going to forgive you for this.”

Larry looked out the windshield into the dark street.

“I’m not doing this so she forgives me. I’m doing this because it’s the truth.”

Bethany Finds Out

The next morning, Bethany walked into her office and immediately felt something was wrong. Larry wasn’t answering her calls. He hadn’t replied to her messages.

Then her phone rang.

It was Lynette.

Bethany answered. “What do you want?”

Lynette’s voice was calm. Too calm.

“I just thought you should know… Larry spoke to Greg last night.”

Bethany froze.

“What are you talking about?”

“He told Greg everything. And Bethany… he said he’s willing to testify.”

For the first time in a long time, Bethany was completely speechless.

“That’s not possible,” she said quietly.

“Oh, it’s possible,” Lynette replied. “You should have been nicer to the people who were protecting you.”

Bethany slowly lowered the phone from her ear after the call ended.

Her hands were shaking.

Larry had betrayed her.

Or maybe… she had pushed him too far.

She walked to her desk, sat down, and stared at the empty chair across from her — the chair where Larry usually sat.

She whispered to herself,

“You just made the biggest mistake of your life, Larry.”

Meanwhile…

Across town, Larry was sitting in Greg’s office, signing papers.

Greg looked at him and said,
“Once you do this, there’s no going back.”

Larry picked up the pen, paused for a moment, then signed his name.

“I know,” he said.

“And I should have done this a long time ago.”

Larry leaned back in the chair and closed his eyes.

For the first time in months, he felt nervous… but also relieved.

Because the truth was finally coming out.

And Bethany was about to find out that the one person who always stood beside her…

Was now standing against her.
