Scene 1 — Sharra’s House, Early Morning
Sharra has been feeling mild discomfort since morning but keeps ignoring it.
Anthony is in the kitchen making tea.
Anthony (worried): “Sharra, are you okay? You don’t look well since yesterday.”
Sharra (pretending to smile): “I’m fine… maybe just gas or something.”
Suddenly, a sharp, stabbing pain hits her and she bends forward, falling onto the sofa.
Sharra: “Anthony… ahh… it hurts so much!”
Anthony (panicking): “Oh my God! Let’s go right now — we’re going to the hospital!”
Scene 2 — Hospital Emergency Room
Anthony rushes Sharra in on a wheelchair. Nurses immediately lift her onto a stretcher.
Nurse: “Her BP is dropping… call the doctor quickly!”
Anthony’s hands are shaking.
Anthony: “Doctor, please… tell me it’s not something serious.”
The doctor orders an urgent ultrasound and blood tests.
Scene 3 — The Waiting Room Shock
After 20 tense minutes, the doctor returns with a serious expression.
Anthony: “What happened? Is Sharra okay?”
The doctor takes a deep breath.

Anthony immediately responds:
“I’ll handle everything. She won’t have to lift a finger.”

Sharra and Anthony look at each other in shock.
