😱 Larry Hits Bethany — Her Dad Calls the Police, He Gets Arrested Instantly 🚔
It was late in the evening, and the house was filled with tension. Larry had just come home, and he could already tell something was wrong. The lights were on, but the house was completely quiet. No TV, no music, nothing.
He put his keys on the table and called out,
“Bethany? Where are you?”
No answer.
He walked into the living room and saw Bethany sitting on the couch with her arms crossed, her phone in her hand, and an angry look on her face.
“We need to talk,” she said coldly.
Larry sighed. “I just walked in. Can this wait?”
“No,” she said. “It can’t.”
Larry knew this was going to be another argument. Lately, every conversation turned into a fight.
The Argument Starts
“What is it now?” Larry asked, clearly annoyed.
Bethany stood up and walked toward him.
“I talked to Lynette today.”
Larry froze for a second. “Okay… and?”
“And she told me everything,” Bethany said.
Larry frowned. “Everything about what?”
“About you. About Sharra. About the party. About what you said when you were outside talking to her.”
Larry’s face changed. “You’re spying on me now?”
“I don’t need to spy on you,” Bethany snapped. “People keep telling me things. Do you know how embarrassing that is?”
Larry threw his jacket on the chair. “I’m tired of this, Bethany. Every day it’s the same thing — accusations, drama, fighting.”
“Maybe because you keep lying!” she shouted.
“I am not lying!” Larry shouted back.
“You told people you regret marrying me!” she yelled.
“That’s not what I said!” Larry replied angrily.
Bethany laughed sarcastically.
“Really? Then what did you say, Larry? That I was the biggest mistake of your life?”
Larry didn’t answer.
That silence made Bethany even angrier.
The Fight Gets Worse
Bethany walked closer to him and pointed her finger at his chest.
“You ruined my life, Larry. You married me and then made me feel like I was never good enough.”
Larry pushed her hand away. “Stop pointing at me.”
“No! You listen to me today,” she said loudly. “You think you can talk to other women, disrespect me, embarrass me, and I’ll just stay quiet?”
“I said stop!” Larry shouted.
Bethany pushed him slightly. “Or what?”
That moment changed everything.
Larry, angry and not thinking clearly, pushed her back hard.
Bethany stumbled and hit the side of the table. She stood up again and slapped Larry across the face.
The room went silent for one second.
Then, in anger, Larry hit her.
Not very hard, but enough to shock both of them.
Bethany froze. She slowly touched her face, her eyes filling with tears.
“I can’t believe you just hit me,” she said quietly.
Larry immediately realized what he had done.
“Bethany… I didn’t mean—”
But she stepped back.
“Don’t touch me.”
The Phone Call
Bethany grabbed her phone with shaking hands and walked into the other room. Larry followed her.
“Who are you calling?” he asked nervously.
She didn’t answer.
She put the phone to her ear.
“Dad…” she said, crying. “Can you come here? Please… right now.”
Larry’s heart dropped.
“Bethany, don’t do this,” he said. “We can talk about this.”
She ignored him.
“He hit me,” she said on the phone.
Larry felt like the world stopped.
Bethany’s father became very angry on the phone.
“He WHAT?! I’m calling the police right now. Stay there. Don’t go anywhere.”
Bethany hung up the phone.
Larry looked shocked. “You called your dad? Bethany, this is going too far.”
“No,” she said, wiping her tears. “You went too far when you hit me.”
Police Arrive
About 15 minutes later, there were flashing red and blue lights outside the house.
Larry looked through the window.
“Police? Already?”
There was a loud knock on the door.
BANG BANG BANG
“Police! Open the door!”
Larry slowly walked to the door and opened it. Two police officers were standing outside, and behind them was Bethany’s father, looking extremely angry.
One officer spoke:
“Are you Larry?”
“Yes,” Larry said quietly.
“We received a report about a domestic violence incident. We need to ask some questions.”
Bethany’s father walked past the officers and went straight to Bethany.
“Are you okay?” he asked.
She nodded but started crying again.
“She hit me first,” Larry said quickly. “We were both fighting.”
The officer raised his hand.
“Sir, please calm down. We will figure out what happened.”
The other officer looked at Bethany.
“Ma’am, did he hit you?”
Bethany hesitated for a moment… then she said quietly,
“Yes.”
That was enough.
The officer turned to Larry.
“Sir, I’m going to have to ask you to turn around.”
Larry’s eyes widened. “Wait… what?”
“Turn around and put your hands behind your back.”
Bethany’s father watched silently.
Larry slowly turned around, and the officer put handcuffs on him.
Click.
That sound changed everything.
The Arrest
Larry looked at Bethany while the officer held his arm.
“You’re really doing this?” Larry asked quietly.
Bethany had tears in her eyes but didn’t answer.
The officer said,
“Sir, you are under arrest for domestic assault. You have the right to remain silent…”
Larry couldn’t believe what was happening. Just one hour ago, he had come home thinking it was a normal night.
Now he was in handcuffs, being walked to a police car.
As they put him in the back seat, he looked at the house one more time.
Bethany and her father were standing in the doorway.
The police car door closed.
And Larry realized that one moment of anger had just destroyed his entire life
