Delecia Snitches On Shayla & Gets Her Arrested In Front Of Iman

The summer heat hung heavily over the apartment complex as music blasted from balconies and kids ran through sprinklers in the parking lot. On the outside, everything looked normal.

But behind the smiles and loud laughter, tension had been building between Shayla, Delecia, and Iman for weeks.

Nobody knew it yet…

But before the day ended, police lights would flash across the entire neighborhood, friendships would be destroyed forever, and Shayla’s life would completely fall apart in front of everyone she cared about.

Especially Iman.

It started months earlier when Shayla got desperate for money.

Bills were piling up. Her car note was overdue. Her job had cut her hours again, and she was tired of struggling while everybody around her seemed to be moving ahead in life.

That’s when she met a guy named Trell.

Trell always had cash.

Designer clothes.

New phones.

Stacks of money folded in rubber bands.

When Shayla asked what he did for a living, he laughed and told her, “I make opportunities happen.”

At first, Shayla stayed away from whatever he was involved in.

But desperation changes people.

Eventually Trell offered her easy money for helping him run fake bank accounts and stolen credit cards. He promised it was low risk. Quick money. Nobody gets hurt.

And at first…

It worked.

Shayla suddenly started spending money she clearly didn’t have. Expensive wigs. Nails every week. Shopping sprees. Fancy dinners. Everybody noticed the change.

Including Delecia.

One evening while sitting in Shayla’s apartment, Delecia watched Shayla pull hundreds of dollars out of her purse carelessly.

“That job paying YOU like that?” Delecia joked suspiciously.

Shayla smirked. “You ask too many questions.”

The answer sounded playful.

But something about it felt dark.

Still, Delecia ignored the feeling because Shayla was her best friend. They had survived fights, breakups, drama, and hard times together.

Or at least that’s what Delecia thought.

Then Iman got dragged into the situation.

Iman was the sweetest out of the group. Quiet. Loyal. Always trying to help everybody. She trusted Shayla completely.

Which is why Shayla felt horrible the first time Trell asked for Iman’s information.

“She won’t even notice,” Trell promised. “We just run one play through her account.”

Shayla hesitated.

But then she looked at her overdue bills sitting on the counter.

And she made the worst decision of her life.

A few days later, thousands of dollars disappeared from Iman’s account through fraudulent transactions.

Iman panicked instantly.

“I don’t understand!” she cried while sitting in Shayla’s kitchen. “I barely had money in there!”

Shayla pretended to be shocked too.

“What?! Girl, call the bank!”

Meanwhile, Delecia sat quietly nearby watching Shayla’s reaction carefully.

Too carefully.

Because earlier that week, Delecia accidentally saw messages on Shayla’s phone discussing stolen account numbers and fake transactions.

At first she convinced herself maybe she misunderstood.

But now…

Hearing about Iman’s missing money confirmed everything.

And it terrified her.

Later that night, Delecia confronted Shayla privately.

“Tell me the truth,” she demanded. “Did you have something to do with Iman’s money?”

Shayla instantly got defensive.

“Why would you even ask me that?”

“Because I saw those messages!”

For a second, panic flashed across Shayla’s face.

Then anger replaced it.

“You were going through my phone?!”

“You stole from IMAN?!”

“Lower your voice!”

Delecia stepped backward in disbelief.

“Oh my God… you really did it.”

Shayla grabbed her arm desperately. “Listen to me—it got outta control. I was gonna fix it.”

“Fix it HOW?!”

But Shayla couldn’t answer.

Because there was no fixing this anymore.

For days Delecia battled with herself over what to do. Part of her wanted to protect Shayla no matter what.

But another part of her kept thinking about Iman crying over her empty bank account.

Then things became even worse.

Unknown men started showing up around the apartments asking for Shayla. One night, Delecia overheard Trell threatening Shayla over missing money.

“You better not fold under pressure,” he warned coldly.

That was the moment fear finally overpowered loyalty.

The next morning…

Delecia secretly went to the police.

At first she only planned to give them information anonymously.

But investigators already had an active case.

And once Delecia started talking…

Everything unraveled fast.

Two days later, Shayla and Iman stood outside a beauty supply store arguing about the fraud investigation.

“I’m telling you somebody hacked my account!” Iman stressed.

Shayla nodded nervously. “Yeah, people crazy nowadays…”

Then suddenly—

Police sirens echoed through the parking lot.

Three squad cars pulled in fast.

Shayla’s face instantly drained of color.

“No way…” she whispered.

Officers stepped out immediately.

“Shayla Thompson?”

People nearby stopped and stared.

Iman looked confused. “What’s happening?”

An officer approached carefully. “We need you to place your hands behind your back.”

“For WHAT?!” Shayla yelled.

The officer pulled out paperwork.

“Fraud, identity theft, and financial theft.”

Iman froze completely.

“What…?”

Shayla looked around frantically until her eyes landed across the parking lot.

Delecia stood near the sidewalk crying silently.

The realization hit instantly.

“You SNITCHED ON ME?!” Shayla screamed.

Iman’s eyes widened in shock.

“Delecia… what is she talking about?”

Tears rolled down Delecia’s face.

“I’m sorry…”

Shayla completely lost control.

“You fake backstabbing snake!” she screamed while officers grabbed her wrists.

“Ma’am, calm down,” one officer warned.

But Shayla was spiraling now.

“You ruined my life!”

Delecia shouted back emotionally, “You STOLE from Iman!”

The entire parking lot went silent.

Iman slowly turned toward Shayla.

Her voice barely came out.

“…You did it?”

Shayla looked at her with tears forming instantly.

“It wasn’t supposed to happen like this…”

Iman staggered backward like she’d been physically hit.

“Oh my God…”

The betrayal crushed her completely.

Not just because of the money.

But because Shayla had lied directly to her face while pretending to comfort her.

“You used me…” Iman whispered painfully.

Shayla broke down crying as officers handcuffed her.

“Iman please—”

But Iman stepped away in tears.

The squad car door slammed shut while neighbors recorded everything on their phones.

And as Shayla was driven away crying hysterically, Delecia collapsed emotionally against a parked car while Iman stood frozen in heartbreak.

Three best friends.

One betrayal.

And a moment none of them would ever recover from
